This Refund Policy applies to purchases made from LAIROS, operated by KAIROS AI.OPP LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, United States.

Return Window We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility & Condition To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition that you received them: unworn, unwashed, and in their original, undamaged packaging.

• Trying Them On: We understand you need to try on your socks to ensure the perfect fit! However, for a return to be accepted, the items must remain in "as new" condition, without any signs of wear, hair, or debris. Items that show clear signs of wear, washing, or damage will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please visit our Returns Center. Simply enter your order number and email to get started. Our automated system will guide you through the process and provide you with all necessary instructions.

• US Customers: You will receive a prepaid shipping label instantly. Once your return label is generated, you have 21 days to drop off your package. If the item is not shipped within this timeframe, the label will expire and your return request will be closed.

• International Customers (Outside the US): You will receive instructions on how and where to ship your package back to our US warehouse.

Return Options & Fees

To provide the best possible service while managing logistics costs, our return fees vary depending on your location:

US Returns:

• Store Credit (Highly Recommended! - Best for "Exchanges"): Need a different size or style? We do not process traditional direct exchanges. Instead, simply choose Store Credit and your return shipping is 100% FREE, we waive the return shipping fee.

• Refund to Original Payment Method: If you prefer a refund to your original credit card or payment method, a flat $8.00 return processing fee will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

International Returns (Outside the US):

• International customers are responsible for purchasing their own return shipping label and covering the shipping costs using a local trackable carrier of their choice. Shipping costs and any applicable customs duties are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards.

• Items marked as Final Sale.

• Original shipping fees paid at checkout (This does not apply to orders that qualified for free shipping).

Refunds & Processing Once your return is received at our warehouse and inspected to ensure the items are in their original condition, we will process your refund.

• Total Timeline: Please allow approximately 10-14 days from the time you ship your package for the return to be delivered, inspected, and processed by our team.

• Notification: You will receive an automatic confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

• Bank Processing: Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it typically takes an additional 3-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
