We offer a 30-day return window on all unworn, unwashed items in their original, undamaged packaging. (Trying them on for fit is perfectly fine!).

Our Gift Cards are fully digital. When purchasing for someone else, you can choose to have the gift card delivered instantly to the recipient via Email or SMS. You, as the purchaser, will also receive a confirmation email with the gift details.

Occasionally, emails may be routed to spam or junk folders, or SMS delivery may be delayed by the carrier. Please ask the recipient to check their spam folder. If it is still missing, contact our Customer Support team with your order details, and we will gladly resend the unique gift card link.

What happens if I return an item purchased with a gift card?
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If you return an item purchased with a gift card, or if you choose to receive store credit for a return, the refund will be issued as Store Credit to your customer account. This credit will be available for you to apply at checkout on any future purchase.
